Vice Chair

Brandon Levey graduated in 2012 from the University of Maryland, College Park, and has served on the SSDP Board of Directors since November 2011. Before beginning at the University of Maryland, he was active in political campaigns and fundraising, volunteering for campaigns on the local, regional, and national level, and then worked as a paid field organizer for the Shaheen for Senate campaign in 2008. At the University of Maryland, he was the co-treasurer and then co-President of the SSDP chapter. He helped lead the charge that resulted in the implementation of a comprehensive Good Samaritan Policy there, and also served on the University Senate. After graduating, Brandon worked at a political consulting firm in Columbia, MD, and now works at the Criminal Justice Policy Foundation, serving as the Chief of Staff.
