Rhode Island's marijuana policies are fundamentally unfair and need to be reformed. A college student that's arrested for having a joint in Rhode Island faces a whole host of hardships: a criminal record, elimination of financial aid and sometimes jail. A bill that's been introduced in the Rhode Island General Assembly -- S2253/H7092 -- will fix this failed policy.
