About Jon:

Jon works in SSDP's West Coast office located in San Francisco. He got involved with SSDP back in 2005 when he founded and led the SSDP chapter at Franklin Pierce University where under Jon’s leadership, the chapter established a Good Samaritan Policy and founded a Harm Reduction Center on campus. Jon is a recipient of SSDP’s Outstanding Activist Award, and while president his chapter received SSDP’s Outstanding Chapter Award. Jon has served as a member of SSDP’s Board of Directors and as college liason for Law Enforcement Against Prohibition. 

Jon studied psychology at Franklin Pierce and worked as a youth counselor for Phoenix House before joining SSDP. 

Hobbies: 

Playing guitar, cooking, going to concerts, traveling, collecting music, and drug policy reform.
