Commission set up at Virginia Tech in Spring 2007 to evaluate the school's current ineffective "zero-tolerance" drug policy and compare it to high ranking schools'.

It is comprised of members of VT's gnarly Students for Sensible Drug Policy chapter, the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Team (A.D.A.P.T.); the Commission on Student Affairs; the Faculty Senate; the Student Government Association; VT Students for Sensible Drug Policy; and the Graduate Student Assembly.
