RAVE Act

The Reducing Americans' Vulnerability to Ecstasy Act known as the RAVE Act was a bill introduced during the 107th congress. On April 10, 2003, the Illicit Drug Anti-Proliferation Act (formerly known as the RAVE Act) was passed.

The purpose of the RAVE Act was to enact a policy which would prohibit any individual to possess, sell, give, distribute, or manufacture ecstasy for people.
