Tomorrow will be a historic day on Capitol Hill: for the very first time, a Congressional committee will consider a bill that ends marijuana prohibition. The Marijuana Opportunity Reinvestment and Expungement Act of 2019 (MORE Act) will be marked up in the House Judiciary Committee tomorrow, the critical first step toward consideration by the full House of Representatives and replacing marijuana prohibition with policies that strengthen communities and promote justice and liberty.
