The International Drug Policy Reform Conference, hosted by Drug Policy Alliance, will be held in St. Louis from November 6th-9th, 2019. Reform Conference brings together more than 1,500 people who believe that the War on Drugs is a fundamental threat to freedom and human rights. You will be among a broad range of drug policy stakeholders – academics, health care and drug treatment professionals, law enforcement, veterans, formerly incarcerated people, elected officials, students, and many others from across the world! Deepen your connections with the movement for drug policies grounded in science, compassion, health, and human rights.
This year, attendees will have the opportunity to spend three days interacting with people committed to finding alternatives to the War on Drugs while participating in sessions given by leading experts from around the world. There will be numerous sessions over the course of the three days, including several plenary sessions. Don’t miss the opportunity to be part of this event – the next Reform Conference won’t be until 2021!
Members of SSDP chapters are eligible to exchange CAT points for scholarships to help you attend. We still have a few open lodging spaces, but we have to submit the final room list to the hotel in a few days, so if you’re interested in attending, please contact your SSDP staff member right away. We’d love to see you there!
