undergraduates and recent graduates from around the world. This year, they are asking students to submit two written papers – a policy memo and a policy brief – on realistic and hard-hitting scenarios, designed to get them to rethink the way policymakers are currently tackling drug-related issues over the course of 6 months. Outstanding participants stand the chance to win a free trip to Budapest and a $10,000 scholarship. The submission deadline for policy memos is 30 October 2013 and only those who submitted a memo are eligible to proceed. Prizes: A free trip to Budapest to attend the third annual GDPPC forum at Central European University in June 2014; and scholarships of up to $10,000 payable to a graduate program of your choice.
