Position 1: Operations & Logistics Intern
Reports to: Andrew Rexroad & Crystal HoffmanResponsibilities

Position 2: Executive Assistant
Reports to: Brittany Hallett Responsibilities- assisting in office management
- assisting in various HR functions
- assisting in projects in various company departments (marketing, operations, finance)
- assisting in organizing various company events
- assisting in managing travel and executive schedules
- scheduling/attending meetings
- Very organized
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills

Position 3: Finance Intern
Reports to: Nelson OliverResponsibilities
- Maintain and update files, inventory, mailing, and database systems; manual and computer processing.
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
- Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals as requested.
- Log and prepare incoming/outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.
- Type, format, proofread, and edit correspondence and other documents, from notes or dictating machines, using computers or typewriters.
- Review files, records, and other documents to respond to requests.
Qualifications
- Proactive and self-motivated
- College Degree with finance/accounting focus preferred but not required
- 21 years of age
- No felony convictions
- Must successfully pass an extensive background check.
- Must be on time ready to work when scheduled.
- Must be able to successfully work in a team environment.
- Able to perform essential functions of the job.
- Willing and able to follow the CO Medical Marijuana Code as indicated in the State of CO revised statutes.
