International Region
- SSDP Israel held their first successful live webinar on Hallalit TV. The producers loved it so much that they want to turn it into a monthly series.
- SSDP Nigeria kicked off their high school outreach campaign. Chapter members are going to various high schools and talking with students about sensible drug policy and harm reduction.
- Bowling Green State University got a medical amnesty policy added to the agenda for their student government to vote on at the beginning of November.
- Elijah Ullman of Colorado State University has officially entered the election for Interfraternity Risk Chair and if he is elected will have many opportunities for education and advocacy in greek life.
- Hunter Knight of University of North Georgia Gainesville spoke about marijuana reform at a local county meeting.
- University of Texas Austin Chapter leadersheld a very successful house party fundraiser, raising $2,500 in revenue for club activities.
- SUNY New Paltz held a rally against police misconduct at a town hall meeting. 40 people showed up, mostly students but also a few community members. Rally was sparked by an instance of police misconduct against a few New Paltz students last week.
- Members of the UMass Boston and Boston College SSDP chapters testified at the Cannabis Control Commission and gave recommendations for how the commission should regulate marijuana in MA.
