Vote TODAY in SSDP’s Board of Directors Election
Today is SSDP Election Day!
This year, six candidates are running for three open student spots on SSDP’s Board of Directors. In addition to the three newly elected Board members, three alternates will be selected in the case that a Board member resigns or a seat otherwise becomes vacant.
This year’s candidates come from chapters all across the United States as well as a candidate from Burundi! We encourage all members of the SSDP network to familiarize themselves with the candidates via the candidate slideshow.
The voting form will be open until Friday, April 16th at 12:30 AM, so please make sure your chapter submits their vote today!
Each chapter will have one vote and will get to rank their top three candidates for the Board of Directors. Election results for the Board of Directors will be announced virtually at 9:00 AM EDT on Friday, April 16th via SSDP’s YouTube channel and social media pages.
Chapters and members should take care to participate in virtual congress activities, and view virtual congress materials before voting.
