Dependent on severity and number of offenses, with sanctions for minor violations being: First offense: $50 fine, warning. Second offense: $100 fine, warning. Third offense: $150 fine, probation. Fourth offense: $200 fine, suspension. Fines, disciplinary sanctions, and number of chances lessen with greater seriousness of infractions. Students may also be subject to restitution, medical referral, residence life probation and residence hall relocation. Possible parental notification.
