Same Day Shipping

We ship five days a week, Monday through Friday. Retail orders received by 11am PST (2pm EST) ship the same day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Displayed delivery times (1-3 days, etc) are estimates by the carriers, not us. UPS is usually spot on. USPS is sometimes a day late.

No Saturday UPS Deliveries

If you place your order after 11am PST on Thursday (2pm EST) and choose UPS Next Day Air, it won’t ship until Friday, which means it won’t arrive until Monday. Next Day Air orders placed Friday after 12pm PST (3pm EST) won’t ship until Monday, so they won’t arrive until Tuesday.

Refunds and Returns

Unopened orders may be returned within 30 days at customer’s expense for a full refund or exchange. Faulty or damaged goods are eligible for a full replacement, provided you notify us within one week of delivery.
