The Texas Cannabis Policy Conference is an educational, nonpartisan event focused on the future of cannabis and hemp policy in Texas.
Hosted by the Texas Cannabis Policy Center, the conference brings together policymakers, researchers, business leaders, advocates, and students for three days of discussion, strategy, and collaboration around regulation, science, public health, and responsible industry practices.
This year’s theme — “Maintaining Momentum for Effective Cannabis Policy” — highlights the urgent need for coordination and civic engagement as Texas agencies implement new rules and prepare for the 2026 election cycle and the 2027 legislative session.
