Dylan Bauer is the current President of the Students for Sensible Drug Policy Chapter at Rowan University. Under his leadership, Rowan SSDP has become a platform for advocating drug policy reform, harm reduction, and cannabis education.

Dylan leads the organization by hosting key meetings with industry leaders, including CEOs, business owners, and executives in the cannabis sector. He also directs important initiatives like Narcan harm reduction training and distribution to fraternities and sororities on campus.

In addition to his role as President, Dylan has been instrumental in event planning and coordination, ensuring that SSDP creates impactful experiences for both the Rowan community and beyond. He manages his executive board by delegating tasks and organizing meetings, fostering collaboration and productivity. Dylan has previously served as Vice President of SSDP, where he developed marketing strategies, oversaw social media content, and helped his former president manage significant events like their expungement clinic and Cannabis Industry Networking Night.

Last academic year, he assisted his former President Ryan Ems in being able to earn SSDP’s Chapter of the Year Award. With a strong passion for advocacy and community engagement, Dylan continues to work tirelessly toward advancing sensible drug policies and supporting students through education and harm reduction initiatives.
