Julia Hilbert, MSW (she/her) is the Pennsylvania Technical Assistance Coordinator with Prevention Point Pittsburgh, assisting grassroots organizations with accessing bulk naloxone and drug-checking strips to distribute in Pennsylvania. Julia previously served as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Students for Sensible Drug Policy (SSDP) and is in leadership with the SSDP Pittsburgh community chapter. She also founded Pittsburgh DanceSafe, and volunteers regularly with nightlife harm reduction efforts.
