Robert Rush is an attorney with nearly 20 years of experience and a focus on cannabis, psychedelic, and emerging plant medicine law. After earning his degree from the University of Colorado Law School, he spent nearly a decade at a national law firm working on complex corporate litigation, building a strong foundation in navigating high-stakes legal matters. He later shifted his practice toward supporting entrepreneurs, therapists, healing centers, and nonprofit organizations working in cannabis and psychedelic policy reform. Robert currently serves as Chair of the Psychedelic Law Subcommittee at the New York City Bar Association, where he contributes to conversations shaping the evolving legal landscape. In addition to psychedelic law, he represents clients in the cannabis, crypto, and blockchain sectors on regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and other legal issues.
