HB727 Community Mixer with Representative John Autry

Curious what psychedelic research and advocacy is happening in the state of North Carolina? Want to learn about what’s coming up this Spring in the new legislative session, and how you can help support it?


Join North Carolina Psychedelic Policy Coalition, a project of SSDP, for a Community Mixer with Representative John Autry and other sponsors of HB727, called the Breakthrough Therapies Research/Advisory Act. If this bill passes, it will allocate public funds for psychedelic research at local universities like UNC. 

This gathering is hosted in partnership with the Triangle Psychedelic Society who will be providing drinks and snacks.
We’ll also be celebrating Rep. Autry’s unwavering dedication to advancing legislation and coalition-building around HB727 during his time in office as he heads into retirement.
