North Carolina Institute of Medicine Task Force on Veterans’ Health (NCIOM) is co-chaired by Command Sergeant Major Paul Berry (USMC, Ret.), Secretary Jocelyn Mitnaul Mallette (NC DMVA, USAF Vet), and Maj. Gina Giorgio, SSDP’s Director of Strategy & Development, and founder of the NC Psychedelic Policy Coalition has been appointed to join the NCIOM task force. She has spent several years advocating for compassionate, evidence-based mental health and drug policies.
