Kennedy Landers ’23

Elected Director

Overview

Kennedy Landers is a junior Public Policy major with a concentration in Nonprofit Management at Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, PA.

As founding president of SU’s chapter of SSDP, Kennedy has worked with the campus community to promote safer nightlife practices by providing harm reduction strategies and overdose response training to our community.

Being a part of Students for Sensible Drug Policy has completely transformed both Kennedy’s professional and personal life. This organization’s members are truly the kindest and most passionate people Kennedy has ever met.

While on Board, Kennedy plans on creating initiatives to strengthen our organization’s student network by providing more opportunities for us to connect both online and in person. Kennedy believes that through strengthening our connections with each other, we can continue to push the boundaries and build a more compassionate and equitable world for people who use drugs.

Together, we can end the War on Drugs.
