In 2020, the House made history by passing the Marijuana Opportunity, Reinvestment, and Expungement (MORE) Act, H.R. 3617, which would decriminalize marijuana at the federal level and provide grants to communities disproportionately impacted by the War on Drugs. Thanks to the work of drug policy reformers like you, the bill currently has over 100 co-sponsors, and we are continuing to build pressure with our allies for this much needed legislation.
